I’m a designer and UX leader with over 10 years experience across marketing, brand, and product.

I currently co-lead a 30 person team at Instrument that creates digital experiences for clients such as Microsoft, Airbnb, and the NBA. I believe centering the user is what leads to great design. I love to uncover insights, define opportunities, create experiences, and get them in front of users. Then test, learn, and repeat.

As a leader, my approach is people-first. I find people do their best work when they’re given trust and autonomy. I’ve grown teams from the ground up and managed large teams.

When I’m not dreaming up a vision deck, you can find me at the playground with my toddler, working on a crossword puzzle, or researching new recipes.
