Defining a new ecommerce experience for loyal customers

The Challenge

FIGS is a direct-to-consumer scrubs brand bringing luxury to an underserved market. They came to Instrument wanting to create an app to better serve their customers and build loyalty.

My Role

  • Discovery & Facilitation: I led the team in a series of discovery exercises to understand customer needs and define goals, brainstorm features, and align stakeholder priorities.

  • Concepting: I ideated and created sketches to capture initial ideas, refined them into wireframes and lo-fidelity click-o-types.

  • Flow Mapping: Collaborating with a visual designer, I laid out the user flow for the experience.
